Total Triage

Online Requests (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 hrs) - All requests for acute care or GP appointments must be submitted online first, although we would encourage for all appointment requests. If online access is closed & you feel your medical need is urgent for that day, please telephone the surgery. Submit one request per problem with as much detail as possible to help the GP assess safely. The GP will decide the next step. No login needed for SystmOnline or NHS App (login pre-populates your details). Medication requests cannot be submitted via this form.
