From the age of 16, and sometimes as young as 13, you have the right to confidential healthcare. This means you can speak to us privately and information will not be shared unless we think you are at serious risk.

 

Parental details and consent will cease to exist (unless you inform us otherwise)

It's normal to feel nervous. You don't need the right words, just start with:

"I'm not feeling myself."

"I need advice about..."

"I dont know what's wrong, but I want to talk."
