The NHS Health Check is your free mid-life MOT, designed for adults in England aged 40 to 74 without a pre-existing condition.
It focuses on your circulatory and vascular health and assesses your risk of developing disabling vascular diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, or diabetes.
For more information about what happens during the check, when and how to get one, and tips on lowering your risk, check here.
