Carers Support

The Practice holds the Gold award for Carers Support; this is an award in recognition of our work in providing services for our patients who are Carers and to help them in the role they take on when supporting a loved one.

At the Greens Norton and Weedon Medical Practice we hold a Carers register and any patient who is a Carer can register on this by collecting a pack from the front desk, completing the form and returning to reception.

Carers are eligible for an annual health check with our Health Care Assistant, an annual flu vaccine and we are also able to offer carers flexible appointments with all our clinical staff, to suit their needs, as we understand that looking after your own health can be challenging when caring for someone else, and that your time is limited.

For more information, or to book an appointment, please contact the reception team.
