If you wish to register as a new patient with our practice then please contact our receptionists who will help you.  You may be invited to the practice to meet one of our nurses for a new patient health check. At this time it is usual for you to have your height, weight, blood pressure etc checked and you will have the opportunity to discuss any matters concerning you.

*PLEASE NOTE* If you are over 18 years old, in order to register at the practice, you will be asked to show:

  • Photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license)
  • Proof of Address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, mortgage/rent statement, council tax statement within 12 months, credit card statement within 3 months)
