Please note repeat medication requests will be processed from 0800 hrs until 1300 hrs Monday to Friday. Any requests received after 1300 hrs will be processed the next working day (or Monday if requested on a Friday).
We do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone or email.
You can usually collect your prescription from the pharmacy 5 working days after you have ordered it.
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.

If you are a Dispensing patient you can collect 5 days after you have ordered. This is 5 working days not including bank holidays or weekends. Greens Norton have a new procedure in which we will text patients once their prescription is available to collect and this will be happening at Weedon Surgery over the next coming month to make collections more efficient.
